Meet Us

J. Garrett Oliver
Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainer / Owner / CrossFitter
I grew up CrossFitting without really knowing what CrossFit was. I played baseball, basketball, soccer, and football; I competed in swimming, track and field; I studied Kajukenbo; and, I coached boys and girls soccer for about ten years. Since joining the CrossFit community, I have participated in the CrossFit Open and the UTC CrossFit Challenge.  It was actually my wife, Dione, that got me started in CrossFit, and I have been hooked ever since.  It has changed our entire lifestyle and life choices.

Please contact me for your free introductory session to CrossFit.

Dione Oliver
Owner / CrossFitter
Similar to my husband, Garrett, I too grew up CrossFitting without really knowing it.  I was a farm girl and a cowgirl.  I milked cows, threw haybales, chopped down sunflowers, and rode Western on my American Quarter Horse.  I wish we had CrossFit in South Dakota at that time because it sure would have helped me improve my performance in those areas.  As an adult, I have dabbled in various forms of fitness but none have shown gains in my daily performance as much as CrossFit has.  I CrossFit to improve my yoga and my hiking.  And I hike and yoga to improve my CrossFit.  But what I would really like you to know is that I do all three to improve my overall health and well being.  An active lifestyle is a way of life for a lifetime.  CrossFit will allow me to be independent and active well into my later years.

Tianna Oliver
Certified Yoga Instructor / CrossFitter
I have dedicated my life to health and wellness, physically and mentally. I find that yoga is the perfect balance, providing me with focus, decipline, and strength. CrossFit, yoga, pilates, and every now and then...a soccer game give me the oportunity to share my love of teamwork and competitive spirits with others. I love helping others realize their greatness by challenging them to be their best.

"Don't talk about it, be about it!"
