Sometimes we are hard on ourselves.  At our box, we are intimidated by the band or we back away from the weights.  We criticize our squat or we cringe at the idea of form.  That's ok.  This is normal.  This is why we are here.  We train you for the proper form and we encourage to do it consistently so that we can help you amp up the intensity.  But until that form happens for you, the rest cannot come.  We need you to be safe from injury.  We need you to have a solid foundation so that the progressions happen smoothly.  And it may be that either your muscle memory just isn't there yet or that you need to work on your mobility for flexibility.  And that too is ok.  Remember to be patient with yourself.  Each and every person at our box is leading a busy life.  We work hard and we play hard.  You need your rest.  You need your nutrition.  You need your workout.  And you need to breathe.  You are the only person competing with you.  Always try for your personal best.  We're here to cheer you on!  And if you need to work on it some more, we're here for that too.  In the end, it will all come together.  Just be patient with YOU.  Let's do this!
