Crossfit is about community and building friendships and bonds. What makes us close is that we can all understand what the other is feeling because we have done those WOD's. We share our equipment, our pains and our successes. We don't compete against each other, we instead help push each other. We are all here to get in shape and to feel better about ourselves. We keep rack of our times and weights not to show who is better that whom, but to help us as individuals to gauge our own progress. We do this so that we can collect the data we need to fine tune our health and fitness. There is no way to know how much we improve if we don't know where we started. We are all in this together. We are one big community. We are family. We are Crossfit Zen. Let's keep the encouragement going and keep living that active lifestyle.
