"Total Commitment"

"A total commitment is paramount to reaching the ultimate in performance."  --Tom Flores

Eight rounds for time:
400m Run
Rest 90 seconds

Many of you have heard me talk about running form, but we have not a lot of opportunities to work on it.  Many of the world's runners are "heel strike" runners.  This has caused countless joint injuries.  We like to teach the Pose Method for technique.  Pose running relies on muscles instead of joints for shock absorbers.  In the beginning, the transition to Pose Method is hard on the calves, but with time the calves get stronger.  I'm not going to tell you that it is easy.  It will feel weird and awkward, but what in CrossFit that I have taught you didn't feel weird.  Give it time and focus on the technique and will get better.  We want you to be efficient and health for a long time.

Post total time in comments not counting the last rest.
