Double-unders
Sit-ups
This workout is one of my favorites. Double-unders are one of those movements that you can't just push through. You need good form and to relax. It is not something that we can just "muscle" through. Part of what we teach here is finding that "calm" amongst the chaos. Double-under failure will test those limits. Remember that in order to get through this workout, you need to stay calm and focused. The sit-ups can be done with a weight if you are looking for more of a challenge. I only suggest this option to those who feel confident with their double-unders.
