CrossFit Zen feels that your health and well being is not something you can squeeze into a 4 week program. It didn't take 4 weeks for you to get to what you look and feel like, it took your lifetime. We want to remind you that what we do here is to help you recondition your mind and body so you can maintain your health and well-being for the rest of your lifetime. Even if you are not doing CrossFit for the rest of your life, we want you to be living an active lifestyle. This means that you should get out and try new sports and play the ones you know. Experience the world like you did when you were a kid and your mother told you to "Go outside and don't come back until dinner." We have to tap into that youth. Hopefully, you can tap into a little of that youth while you are here at CrossFit Zen.
