We don't expect anyone to just come into CrossFit Zen and be good at every and anything. We expect you to come in to try, to fail and to learn.  This road that we are on is a lifetime journey, not a short term destination.  We are building the foundation to long-term health.  These movements are the building blocks of everyday life and activity.  The squats are just getting out of a chair.  The deadlift is just picking something off the floor.  The press is just putting something up on a shelf.  We do these things everyday.  The more you do them here the longer you will be able to do them in life.
