Benchmark WOD day. This is quick burner. If you don't have the strength for this weight and/or these movements, there are several scaling options available to you. It is not necessary for you to squat on the clean. You are welcome to power clean, but the weight does have to touch the ground each time. Don't use a weight that will force you to lose your form. It should be heavy, but light enough where you can make adjustments to your form without hurting yourself. Let's be safe with this movement
