We, at CrossFit Zen, are constantly striving to provide our members with as many services as possible. We want this to be a close knit community dedicated to helping each other live active and healthy. In that pursuit, we have added an On-Ramp class at 4:00pm Monday through Friday as well as 8:30am on Saturdays. We will be adding more On-Ramp options in the near future.
We have also added a third Yoga class. So now we have yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30am and Saturdays at 11:00am. Currently, these classes with Tianna Oliver are Relaxation Yoga. For those who are interested in a more intense yoga session, let us know and we will add that option to the schedule.
Additionally, we have added a PayPal option for those who wish to pay by Credit Card. Please note that you don't have to have a PayPal account to use this option. The PayPal payment feature is located on the "Schedule and Fees" page. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us or ask while you are in the box.
