135# Deadlift, 9 Reps
135# Hang Power Snatch, 6 Reps
135# Overhead Squat, 3 Reps
Self-discipline is a difficult thing to have and maintain. Making excuses why we can't do something and putting off things that we should do is just seems so much easier. No one ever said that being healthy would be easy, but it is definitely worth it. We just need to be prepared for small victories and have the self-discipline to keep working at it, little by little. We are not asking you to break personal times everyday. We are jsut asking that you try everyday.
